Oppo offers buyers of its Find N3 series a “Premium Service” plan

For buyers of its flagship OPPO Find N3 series, Oppo is ensuring that the service they get when it’s sent in for repairs is equally “flagship” as well with a “Premium Service” for all Find N3 Flip and Pro owners.

With the Find N3 Flip and Pro set to hit stores later this week, Oppo’s Premium Service is an exclusive suite of premium services designed to provide an "efficient and attentive" experience for Find N3 Series users who send their smartphone in for servicing.

 

1) "Red Carpet line"

It all starts with a "Premium Lane". Users of the Find N3 series can enjoy the benefits of no-appointment and no-queueing at service centres, drastically reducing their wait times while enjoying Oppo’s understanding of their needs.

Beyond the service centre, Oppo has also established an "Exclusive Hotline", so users can access expert assistance anytime, anywhere.

 

2) Refresh your device

Second, users get a "Refresh Service" that gives them a free screen protector, application, cleaning, and maintenance service twice a year. They also get a "Screen Replacement Discount" that offers a 15% discount for the display unit.

 

3) Access to extended services

Third, users get access to extended services and benefits like an “International Warranty Service”, an “Exclusive Engineer service”, and “Premium Loan Phone Services”. The former allows Find N3 owners to enjoy maintenance, repairs, and free software upgrades in the countries where the device is officially launched. The latter two services provide exclusive maintenance conducted by top-tier technical engineers and a backup device during service wait times.

 

4) Bonus for early birds

Additionally, until 30th November 2023, those who pre-order or purchase the Oppo Find N3 series from Oppo's official experience stores or online shops will receive a complimentary 24-month screen damage insurance.  Within the valid service period, should any accidental damage occur to the phone's screen, both the primary and secondary screens are eligible for a one-time free repair

This isn't the first Premium service offered by Oppo who first brought it in for the Find X3 Pro, but it's great to know that Oppo is continually putting in effort to create the necessary support tier that helps woo users to consider their premium offerings.
