*Update: Samsung Singapore has confirmed today that it would be launching the 4G version of the Samsung Galaxy Note II this month.
Samsung may be launching just the LTE variant of its Galaxy Note II in Singapore if the entry in IDA Equipment Search List turns out to be accurate. In other words, the 3G model might not make its way here after all if the info found on IDA's Equipment Search List turns out to be accurate.
A quick search on IDA website reveals that the Samsung Galaxy Note II GT-N7105 is pending certification by IDA. In its description, the device is described as a GSM/3G/LTE mobile phone with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and NFC.

We did a similar search for the Galaxy S III and it shows two models, GT-I9300 (3G) and GT-I9305 (LTE). Going by its naming convention for the different models, it is highly likely that N7105 is referring to the LTE variant of the Galaxy Note II.
When the Samsung Galaxy S III was launched in Singapore on 29th May, telcos had not rolled out their 4G networks. Now that all three telcos have done so, Samsung started selling the LTE variant last Saturday.
During its unveiling at IFA 2012, Samsung indicated that there are two models: 3G and 4G models. Taking into consideration these factors, there is reason to believe that Singapore will only be getting the 4G variant of the Samsung Galaxy Note II. However, we also cannot rule out the possibility that IDA is still testing the 3G variant and has not updated the Equipment Search List.
