Microsoft to launch three variants of a Surface Phone in 2017?
Sources told Windows Central that Microsoft is planning to launch three variants of a Surface Phone in 2017.

Initially planned for launch in the second half of this year, Microsoft reportedly pushed back the plan by a year.
According to Windows Central, sources close to Microsoft's plans claim that the Surface Phone will not be released until 2017. In addition, Microsoft is planning to launch up to three variants of the Surface Phone for different markets.
The three models are targeted at consumers, businesses and prosumers/enthusiasts. Microsoft is said to be focusing on features and price points to differentiate the three variants. As for the Lumia lineup, Microsoft wants to start afresh and may eventually ditch it for an all-new brand.
