Logitech launches a new wireless charger for the iPhone

If you’re looking for a wireless charger to juice up the iPhone, there is a new option from Logitech to consider.
Known as the Logitech Powered, the wireless charger is said to be designed in collaboration with Apple. Its unique selling point is the U-shaped charging cradle, which ensures perfect placement of the iPhone for wireless charging to take place. This saves you the hassle of having to find the perfect alignment.
The U-shaped cradle also supports wireless charging in landscape mode, so you can watch videos while keeping your iPhone charged. To prevent overheating from occurring, the Logitech Powered uses internal heat sensors to intelligently manage the temperature and a cool-down process will kick in automatically whenever the temperature gets too high.
The Logitech Powered is fine-tuned to deliver up to 7.5W of charging for the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X. It also supports other Qi-certified devices with up to 5W charging. Priced at U$79.99, the Powered comes with an integrated cable and a power adapter.
