LG's next flagship phone may come with five cameras and 3D face unlock.

The Huawei P20 Pro is currently the only phone in the market with three rear cameras, but LG is said to be joining the fray with its V40 phone.
A source familiar with LG's plans told Android Police that the V40 smartphone will come with five cameras; two on the front and three on the back. The two front-facing cameras will allow the unlocking of the handset via the user's face. A 3D map of the user's face is said to be recorded.
The three rear cameras will consist of a standard wide angle lens, an ultrawide lens, and a third lens with an undetermined function. It could be a zoom lens or one that can deliver depth of field effects.
Similar to the LG G7, the V40 will sport a notched design. The handset will also be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, and be equipped with LG's Quad DAC and a rear fingerprint sensor.
