LG may be releasing a 5.4-inch variant of the G6 phone
LG may be releasing a smaller variant of its flagship smartphone, the G6 later this year.
The LG G6 flagship smartphone may be available in a smaller form factor.
TechnoBuffalo claimed to have received an internal document from a reliable source that LG is planning to release a smaller model of the G6 phone. It is stated to have a 5.4-inch display and a screen-to-body ratio of just below 80%. The smaller LG G6 model is also likely to retain the 18:9 aspect ratio for the display.
The tech publication expects the phone to be launched in emerging markets to maximize interest and exposure of the G6 phone. Pricing is unknown at the moment. As a point of reference, the 5.7-inch G6 is priced at S$988.
