The Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max is able to charge faster than the iPhone 12 Pro Max according to ChargerLab.
ChargerLab published a YouTube video where it used different 30W chargers to juice up the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Testing revealed that the iPhone 13 Pro Max can support fast charging at up to 27W, but it cannot sustain 27W power for the entire charging process due to heat considerations. In comparison, the iPhone 12 Pro Max can support up to 21W to 22W speeds. As for the iPhone 13 Pro, ChargerLab says it has a maximum charging speed of 23W.
If you are using the iPhone 13 Pro Max and hope to enjoy the faster charging speeds, you can get the Apple's 30W USB-C power adapter for S$65 or consider other third-party USB-C PD chargers.
