This is useful when setting up a new iPhone or restoring from a backup.

Apple could be working on a new way to transfer data between two iPhones.

9to5Mac stumbled upon assets and strings in the latest iOS 13 beta 3 which suggests that data transfer between two iPhones could be done using a cable.

It's unclear how the wired connection will actually work; current iPhones come with a Lightning port and Apple does not sell a Lightning-to- Lightning cable. 9to5Mac also tried to make the new transfer option appear on their iOS devices running iOS 13 beta 3, but the option did not show up.
