Instagram's latest app, Bolt, lets you capture and send pictures and videos to friends with a single tap. It's currently only available to Android and iOS users in Singapore, South Africa and New Zealand. The app was introduced to these countries as each country has a large number of English-speaking Instagram users, and that many of the local Android users are running Ice Cream Sandwich, making these countries good testing grounds before the global launch of the app. The app requires you to sign up with your phone number, so you won't even need to have a Facebook or Instagram account. You then add friends to your favorites list, which will appear as a list of faces across the bottom of the screen. Tapping on a friend's will send him/her a picture or video. While this sounds more convenient than snapping a picture and attaching it to a message, there's a catch to using Bolt though — you can only share with one person at a time, so you will have to re-shoot if you want to share your picture with others.
