Huawei and Porsche Design have ended their seven-year-long partnership.
In a statement to Android Authority, Porsche Design confirmed that the partnership with Huawei ended on June 30, 2023.
The 7-year partnership, which started in 2016, saw the release of various Porsche Designe-themed Huawei Mate series and the GT smartwatch series.
The last phone to be borne out of the collaboration was the Huawei Mate 50 RS Porsche Design.
Earlier this year, Porsche Design announced a partnership with Honor and it kicked off with the launch of the Honor Magic V2 RSR Porsche Design foldable phone. If history is any indication, we should be seeing more Porsche Design Honor smartphones and smartwatches in the future.
