HTC's new phone is an entry-level model with a 6.5-inch display and four cameras

The HTC Wildfire E3 is an entry-level smartphone that is powered by MediaTek MT6762 processor and 4GB RAM.

While HTC has all but disappeared locally, the company is very much alive as it just unveiled a new phone in Russia. 

The HTC Wildfire E3 is an entry-level smartphone that runs on MediaTek MT6762 chipset, 4GB RAM, Android 10 and a 4,000mAh battery. It comes with a 6.5-inch Waterdrop Display with an 88% screen-to-bidy ratio and resolution of 720 x 1,560 pixels. 

On the back are a quad-camera setup (13MP f/2.0 autofocus main camera, 2MP f/2.4 fixed focus macro camera, 8MP f/2.2 fixed focused ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP f/2.4 fixed focus camera with depth sensor), and a fingerprint sensor. 

Other specs include USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a 9.0mm thin chassis that measures 165.7 x 76.57mm, a 13MP f/2.0 fixed focus front-facing camera, dual-SIM card support, Bluetooth 4.2, and 4G LTE connectivity. 

The HTC Wildfire E3 comes in two colours: black or blue. Pricing and availability are not revealed at the time of publication.
