Honor returns to Singapore after two-year break with the launch of X9a 5G
Honor, an ex-Huawei phone brand, is back in Singapore after a two-year break with the launch of the X9a 5G phone!

To mark its return to Singapore, ex-Huawei phone brand Honor announces the launch of its latest smartphone.
The Honor X9a 5G runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 mobile platform with 8GB RAM, MagicUI 6.1 based on Android 12, and a 5,100mAh battery. The Chinese phone brand was able to resume partnerships with Qualcomm, Micron, Samsung, Microsoft, MediaTek, Intel and AMD in January 2021 after Huawei sold it to Shenzhen Zhixin New Information Technology Co. Ltd in November 2020.
On the front of the Honor X9a 5G is a 6.67-inch AMOLED curved display with 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels. At the top center of the display is a 16MP f/2.45 selfie camera that can support 1080p video recording and 2D face recognition.
You can find a triple-rear camera system which consists of a 64MP f/1.8 min camera, a 5MP f/2.2 ultra-wide and depth camera, and a 2MP f/2.4 macro camera. The rear camera system also supports 1080p video recording.
Other specs include 256GB internal storage space, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, fingerprint sensor, 5G connectivity and dual-SIM support.
Priced at S$419, the Honor X9a 5G is available for purchase at authorised retailers, selected consumer electronics stores (e.g. Best Denki, Challenger, Courts, Gain City), Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.
