HMD may be bringing back the PureView branding onto a flagship Nokia phone soon.
The Nokia Lumia 1020 has a 41MP PureView rear camera.
Remember Nokia's amazing PureView imaging technology? It might be making a comeback soon thanks to HMD.
Reliable tipster Roland Quandt tweeted that HMD's upcoming Nokia flagship phone will be called the Nokia 9 PureView. Since HMD has scheduled a launch event on 11 October, it is likely that the Nokia 9 PureView would be unveiled on that day.
Nokia introduced PureView imaging technology on the Nokia 808 phone which was powered by Symbian Belle. One of the last PureView phones that appeared in the market was the Windows Phone 8-powered Nokia Lumia 1020. Now, it seems PureView will be coming to Android!
