Google VP praises LG for being the best partner in making Nexus smartphones
Google's Android Engineering Vice President Dave Burke told The Korea Times that LG Electronics is the best partner in making Nexus smartphones. Read on to find out why.

As the only Android vendor to have made three Nexus smartphones (Nexus 5X, Nexus 5, Nexus 4) to date, it is no surprise that LG Electronics is Google's most preferred partner for its Nexus program.
According to The Korea Times, Google's Android Engineering Vice President Dave Burke praised LG Electronics for being "the best partner" and sharing "the same approach to the mobile device market". He went on to say that Google's engineers "really like to work with the people at LG Electronics" and that "they have become an excellent team".
Google recently unveiled two new Nexus smartphones, one of which is made by LG. Although the Nexus 5X is not as powerful as the Huawei Nexus 6P, it still packs a punch for its price. One key feature is the 12-megapixel camera sensor with 1.55-micron pixels. Unfortunately, LG Singapore has confirmed that there are currently no plans to bring the phone to the local market.
