Google updates its Authenticator iOS app with export accounts option
The new Google Authenticator app for iOS allows you to transfer accounts to a different device.
The Google Authenticator app for iOS has been updated with a long-awaited feature - the ability to transfer accounts to a different device.
You can now select and export up to 10 accounts at a time from your existing device to a new device. The Authenticator app will generate a QR code which you can scan using the new device, and the selected accounts will be transferred over automatically. Previously, you had to manually transfer the accounts individually over to the new device which can be time consuming.
The Google Authenticator app for iOS also comes with a refreshed look and feel, and supports Dark Mode.
