For a start, apps from Wish, Periscope, and Viki will be tested at this juncture. The objective of this exercise is to gather user feedback for refinement of this new feature. As for app developers, they are advised to update their applications to support Instant Apps functionality; they also need to modularize their applications so that part of the software can be downloaded and run on the user’s device. The full Instant Apps SDK will be made available in the coming months, so do watch this space for future developments.
