Google Android Froyo Includes Over-the-Air App Installation and iTunes Streaming

Even with the leaked information about the Google Android Froyo update, there's still more twists in the story during the Google I/O event. The first would be over-the-air apps installation, which lets you browse an app on the desktop, select and push it to your Android device for installation. The second and more ironic surprise is the ability to stream music straight from your iTunes, what with the current hostility between Google and Apple.

Engadget - Sure sure, Froyo is great and all, but Google just blew our minds with two previews of upcoming Android features at I/O: OTA application installation and remote music streaming. OTA installation is just as simple as you'd expect -- after browsing to an app on your desktop, you can push it to your phone and install it with just a single click, all done over the air.
