Samsung is rumored to be equipping the Galaxy Note9 with a bigger battery capacity and introduce new colors for the handset.

According to reliable tipster Ice Universe, he claims with 100% confidence that the Galaxy Note9 will have a 4,000mAh battery. The current Galaxy Note8 has a battery capacity of 3,300mAh. Samsung is also said to introduce a faster wireless charger.

In a separate report, AllAboutSamsung states that the Galaxy Note9 will come in five colors: blue, black, brown, lavender and gray. SamMobile’s sources corroborated the report and said that at least purple, black and blue are confirmed.

The tones of the purple, gray, and blue will be slightly different from the current options; purple is slightly lighter than the lilac purple shade of the Galaxy S9 while gray will be a tad darker than the titanium gray option. The blue option will have a golden frame and a shade that falls in between the Galaxy Note7 and Galaxy Note8. The brown and gray options may be exclusive to certain countries and telcos.
