Besides listing out the top five problems faced by users of each phone model, the FixYa report also dishes out some troubleshooting advice for consumers. For example, the microphone malfunction issue bugging Galaxy S III users can be addressed via a software update or a factory reset. The standard power saving tips are also provided for users who faced short battery mileage issues on their phones.

Having sold millions doesn't necessarily mean that the phone model is invulnerable to imperfections or flaws, and this report will reinforce the notion that there is no perfect device out there.
