Nothing officially opened its first physical retail outlet in the Soho district of London, U.K., where it carries only Nothing products, accessories, and spare parts – like ear tips for the Nothing Ear (1) earbuds. Officially, the brand only has three products if you include the Nothing Phone (1) and Nothing Ear (stick), so the store isn’t really big, understandably.
The store also supports in-store refunds and exchanges, but only if you purchased Nothing products at the outlet itself – online purchase customers would have to find another way to get their aftersales support, and that includes any technical or repair services.
The store also doesn’t accept cash payments, although it does support all major credit cards. But it’s not all for nothing, since the outlet is dog-friendly.
