Apple might introduce a new Camera app interface in iOS 19.
Jon Prosser, the man behind YouTube channel Front Page Tech, claims to have knowledge of the new Camera app interface and shared purported screenshots of how it looks and functions.
The bottom menu bar is simplified with the Photo gallery, shutter button, and the toggle between the front and rear-facing camera. Located just below the shutter button is a menu which allows you to switch between photo and video.

Selecting either option will open up a set of features such as depth, spatial, panorama, and style. Toggles for video resolution and frame rate can be found at the top of the screen.
The overall aesthetics of the new Camera app is cleaner and appears to be inspired by visionOS with translucent menus. Prosser speculated that the new Camera app interface could be a part of a bigger revamp coming to iOS 19.

iOS 19 is expected to be unveiled at WWDC 2025 sometime in June with an official launch in September alongside the iPhone 17 series.
