If you are experiencing touch issues on your iPhone 11, it may be eligible for Apple's replacement program.

According to Apple, a small percentage of iPhone 11 displays may stop responding to touch due to an issue with the display module. The affected iPhone 11 models were manufactured between November 2019 and May 2020.

iPhone 11 users can check if their devices are eligible for the display module replacement program via the serial number checker on Apple's website. There are three options for affected iPhone 11 users to have their devices serviced for free:

  1. Find an Apple Authorised Service Provider.
  2. Make an appointment at an Apple Retail Store.
  3. Contact Apple Support to arrange mail-in service via the Apple Repair Centre.

The display module replacement program does not extend the standard warranty coverage of the iPhone 11. It covers affected iPhone 11 devices for two years after the first retail sale of the unit.
