Apple just rolled out a service program for the iPhone 14 Plus.

On its support page, the company states that "the rear camera on a very small percentage of iPhone 14 Plus devices may exhibit no preview."

The affected iPhone 14 Plus units were manufactured between 10 April 2023 and 28 April 2024. If you own an iPhone 14 Plus, go to this site to check if your unit falls under the range of affected serial numbers.

Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider will service your device at no cost. Additionally, those who have already paid to fix this issue can contact Apple for a refund.

The iPhone 14 Plus was introduced in 2022 and brought a new size (6.7 inches) to the standard iPhone lineup.
