Apple highlights efforts for World AIDS Day

Apple has provided more than a quarter of a billion dollars to help provide care and support services for over 11 million people in the past 16 years.

Apple has been a (RED) partner for 16 years to support the Global Fund in the fight to end AIDS.

Since 2006, more than a quarter of a billion dollars in Apple-supported grants have helped provide care and support services for over 11 million people and distribute over 197 million HIV tests. In addition, Apple's support has assisted over 5 million HIV-positive mothers prevent passing the virus onto their babies.

This year, Apple shows support for World AIDS Day by creating 7 Apple Watch faces in red for users to download. Apple Watch users can raise awareness by sharing these faces with other users. Hundreds of Apple Stores around the world will have new window and product displays for customers to learn about (PRODUCT)RED and support the Global Fund with their purchases.
