Apple could be planning to launch not one, but two iPhone 9 models this year.

Based on iOS 14 code, 9to5Mac discovered evidence that Apple is working on a bigger version of the 4.7-inch iPhone 9. The iOS 14 code also suggests that both iPhone 9 models will run on A13 chipsets and have a solid-state Home button (Touch ID).

Since the iPhone 9 is speculated to replace the current iPhone 8, it makes sense for Apple to have a larger model to succeed the iPhone 8 Plus.

With the Covid-19 situation spinning out of control worldwide, Apple is said to have postponed a launch event this month. Component orders for the iPhone 9 were also reportedly delayed due to supply chain disruptions caused by the coronavirus outbreak.
