Google might make Android 15 more user-friendly for seniors, users with vision problems, and less tech-savvy individuals.

Android Authority installed the first beta of Android 14 QPR3 and discovered a hidden settings page for a new user mode called "Easy Pre-set".

Based on the coding, this "Easy Pre-set" mode appears to optimise the Android interface for "improved readability and ease of navigation". This includes "enlarging icons and text, adding contrast and bold, and adding navigation buttons to the bottom of the screen".

Although "Easy Pre-set" mode is in Android 14 QPR3 beta 1, Android Authority believes it is unlikely to be released with the final software version in June. However, it could be launched as part of Android 15 later this year.
