Samsung Galaxy S24, S24+, S24 Ultra: SG Pricing, Offers and Buying Guide

It's official. Samsung has announced the Galaxy S24 series (on 18 January 2024), with a strong focus on AI assisting your digital lifestyle. Be it nailing that perfect photo, wanting to converse fluently with someone in a foreign language, or simply smarter note-taking, you're going to have new experiences with the latest Galaxy S24 phone.

What's New?

Improved processing power to deliver new AI experiences, Galaxy AI, better cooling capacity, support for ray-traced mobile games for greater visual fidelity and realism, improved security features via Samsung Knox, and, of course, better imaging capabilities and updated finishing on the S24 Ultra variant. Full details in this story.

Launch date, pricing, and colours

The Samsung Galaxy S24 series accepted pre-orders from 18 January 2024, 2AM SGT, at selected online stores.

Customers who pre-ordered could expect to receive or collect their devices from 24 January 2024 onwards -- ahead of the 31 January 2024 official retail date. 

The phones come with the following prices and colours:

Note: Online-exclusive colours: Sapphire Blue, Jade Green, Sandstone Orange. These are available only when purchasing via Samsung's Online Store.

Pre-order Special

Note: The phones are now officially in retail, and pre-order specials are over.

All customers who pre-ordered the Galaxy S24 series devices (regardless of where you buy it from) are entitled to a complimentary storage upgrade (worth up to S$330), while stocks last. (This offer does not apply to Galaxy S24 (512GB), Galaxy S$24+ (512GB), and Galaxy S24 Ultra (1TB) -- because those are the largest available variants of each tier.)

Taking the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 512GB edtion for example, you can get it for $1,928 during the pre-order period instead of the usual price of S$2,128.

Galaxy Epic Wonderland (physical experience space)

For users interested in seeing the phones first, Samsung has a public Galaxy Epic Wonderland in Singapore, located at Civic Plaza, Ngee Ann City, from 19 January to 12th February, 10am to 9.30pm on all days. It will close early on 9th Feb (5.30pm), and closed all day on 10th Feb for Chinese New Year.

Both online and store walk-in pre-orders can collect their devices from 24 January 2024 onwards. Online collection is done via delivery or in-person at Samsung stores, while store walk-ins have to revisit the same outlet to collect their device.

Telco pre-order customers can collect their devices from 24 January 2024 onwards. Singtel and M1 customers can opt for in-store collection, delivery, or POPStation collection. StarHub customers will receive their devices by delivery only.

Samsung Galaxy S24 series official accessories

The following Samsung Galaxy S24 series accessories are available and sold separately. All accessories are available to all models unless otherwise denoted:-

Samsung Care+ Coverage and Samsung Trade-Up

Samsung Care+ offers consumers worry-free total care service, 24/7 dedicated remote support via the Samsung Hotline and Live Chat, 50% savings on out-of-warranty repairs (including cracked screen, liquid damage, cosmetic repair, and more), Extended Warranty, and more.

• Out-of-warranty repairs are limited to one time for Samsung Care+ (12-months) plan users and two times for Samsung Care+ (24-months) plan users.
• Extended Warranty is only applicable for Samsung Care+ (24-month) plans. This covers repairs beyond basic warranty.

Consumers who pre-order their Galaxy S24 series phones can enjoy 50% off a 2-year Samsung Care+ at S$105 (usual price - S$210). Samsung Care+ will be available within the first 60 days (from device activation date).

The Samsung Trade Up programme is also available for folks moving on from an older device to the Samsung Galaxy S24 series for additional trade-in value. Consumers who wish to trade-in their old eligible devices from 24th January 2024 at the following touchpoints:-
