In pictures: Huawei’s new Honor V8 with 12MP dual cameras

Huawei has just launched their newest smartphone, the Honor V8 in China. The Honor V8 sports dual 12MP rear cameras with dual tone LED flash, laser autofocus, and f/2.2 aperture lens. The 32GB model has a 5.7” full-HD (1,080 x 1,920) 386ppi display, while the 64GB model has a 5.7” Quad HD (1,440 x 2,560) 515ppi display.

The hybrid dual-SIM phone (it can have either two Nano-SIM cards, or one Nano-SIM card and one microSD card) runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and is powered by an octa-core Kirin 950 SoC, with a Mali T880 GPU and 4GB of RAM. A 3,500mAh battery supplies the juice, and nice additions include a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel.

The Huawei Honor V8 is available in platinum gold, rose gold, champagne gold (that’s a lot of gold), and glacier silver colour bodies.
