Casetify unveils new Glaze Case for Apple’s iPhone 17 series
The popular case maker is bringing a new case series and durability upgrades for its Impact and Bounce cases, just in time for Apple’s latest phones.
Hot on the heels of Apple’s iPhone 17 series launch, Casetify has unveiled its latest line-up of cases and accessories, and the new headliner is the Glaze Case. If you’re someone who likes to match your phone to your personality (like me), this one is for you.
The Glaze cases will launch with 50 different colourways and mix and match print options. It isn’t just about personalisation though. Casetify says it has given it a glossy finish that’s designed to resist scratches and keep prints from peeling off over time. There’s also MagSafe compatibility built in, a raised bezel to protect the iPhone 17’s screen and redesigned camera module, and what the case maker calls its Duo-Lock system – basically providing a tighter and more secure fit. Drop protection is rated at 4.9ft, which isn’t exactly extreme, but should be enough to survive the usual fumbles getting the iPhone 17 out of your pocket or when reaching for it in bed.

Casetify has also taken the opportunity to give some of its classics a little TLC. The Impact Case, one of its most popular models, now uses the same Duo-Lock bonding to cut down on edge lifting – which is good news if you’ve had one warp after a year of use. It’s still the brand’s workhorse case, with an 8.2ft drop protection and an EcoShock layer inside to absorb impact. Meanwhile, the chunky and rugged Bounce Case now claims an eye-popping 21.3ft of drop protection with reinforced corners.
