Poco F7 keeps other flagship phones on its toes at just S$559

Shortly after the initial teaser from Xiaomi, the sub-brand’s Poco F7 is made official and coming to Singapore.

Poco F7 joins this year’s F-series releases. It was preceded by two more powerful variants, the flagship-killer Poco F7 Ultra and the budget performer Poco F7 Pro.

We’ve reviewed those two extensively, and you can read the links to understand the excitement behind its follow-up Poco F7. As shown below, it’s the entry-level option that’s even more affordable, offering performance that exceeds others at the same price point.

Poco F7 is equipped with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, a chipset grade that’s far and above other competitors in the same bracket.

The phone features a bigger 3D Dual-Channel IceLoop System (6,000mm²), muscling out the Poco F7 Pro and Poco F7 Ultra for thermal dissipation (those two only had 5,400mm2).

Additionally, the Poco F7 has the largest battery in the F-series, with a 6,500mAh capacity paired with 90W wired HyperCharge. Xiaomi claimed it can charge the battery from 0% to 80% in just 30 minutes.

The Poco F7 will run on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 operating system, just like the other phones in the F-series. Supported software are also similar to its more expensive counterparts, like WildBoost Optimization 4.0 for gaming enhancements.

Surprisingly, this phone features a larger 6.83-inch display that can reach up to 3,200 nits in peak brightness, supporting 3,840Hz PWM dimming and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. For comparison, the Poco F7 Pro’s display area is smaller at 6.67 inches.

There’s one 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultrawide camera on the rear, accompanied by a 20MP selfie camera on the front.

The phone doesn’t compromise on durability with its IP68 dust and water resistance. It’s also internally tested for its bending resistance of up to 70kg, making Poco F7 more suited for users who love putting phones in their back pockets.

Pricing, availability, promotions in Singapore

The Poco F7 is available in Black, White and Cyber Silver, in either a 12GB+256GB variant or a 12GB+512GB variant.

Early bird promotions start at 9 PM, 24 June 2025, and run through to 9 July 2025 on mi.com and Xiaomi’s Shopee store, while stocks last.
