Chrome for Android to label fast pages and may rank them higher in search
Google says this will help users identify great experiences as they browse.
Google announced that it will start labelling fast pages via the link context menu on Chrome for Android.
According to Google, the fast page labelling is based on signals from the Core Web Vitals metrics that assess loading time, responsiveness, and the stability of the content as it loads. Page links that have historically met or exceeded these metrics thresholds will be displayed with a new "Fast page" label, which users can see when they long-press the link prior to navigating to the page.

Links that are labelled "fast pages" may be ranked higher in Google Search as the same Core Web Vitals metrics are among the several criteria considered in search rankings. The "fast page" label feature will be rolling out starting in Chrome 85 Beta.
