Note: This article was first published on 1 July 2025. We’ve brought it up because voucher collection is now open to Singaporeans born between 1966 and 2004.
In July 2025, each Singaporean can receive up to S$800 in government-distributed vouchers, which can be spent like real money. That’s because it is real money, paid for by you, the taxpayer.
Called SG60 Vouchers, these are part of a bigger SG60 Package celebrating Singapore’s hard-earned 60th birthday. The official mandate (as reported in The Straits Times) is that this is the Singapore Government’s way of “recognising the contributions of all Singaporeans in our nation-building journey.”
In this guide, we want to help you get those vouchers into your phones, wallets, purses, and pockets. There are multiple ways to obtain them, so you can choose any of the methods below.
When can I collect SG60 vouchers, and how much will I get?
SG60 Vouchers are given to individual Singaporean Citizens, unlike household-wide CDC Vouchers.
The timeline and amount received via SG60 vouchers are tiered based on age. Unlike household-wide CDC vouchers, which are shared among household members, SG60 Vouchers are disbursed to each Singaporean Citizen.
- Singaporeans born before 1965 (aged 60 and above) get a total value of S$800
- Singaporeans born between 1966 and 2004 (ages 21 to 59) get up to S$600
Those collecting vouchers up to S$800 can pick them up as early as 1 July 2025. Those collecting vouchers up to S$600 can do so starting from 22 July 2025.
Singpass and RedeemSG method (digital)
The online portal where you collect your government-distributed perks, including SG60 Vouchers.
To collect the vouchers digitally, you will need to have your Singpass details and your Singpass app prepared on your phone.
With your Singpass login ready, head over to the RedeemSG portal (redeem.gov.sg) on a web browser and click/tap on the corresponding window pane. For example, Singaporeans aged 60 and above will access the perks via “SG60 Vouchers (Seniors)”.
If eligible, your SG60 Voucher option will show up after logging in with your Singpass.
Note: The go.gov.sg/sg60v link also goes to the same RedeemSG portal. Always ensure the link is correct.
At this point, RedeemSG will prompt you to log in with your Singpass. The remaining steps (collecting and using) are similar to obtaining your CDC vouchers.

Besides going to a nearby CC, you can also call in or use an online help form.
For individuals who have forgotten their Singpass login details, require assistance, or are unable to access the vouchers digitally, they can approach their nearest Community Centre for help.
This link helps you locate all the Community Centres that can help you reset your Singpass login details.
Similarly, you can help family members physically claim their SG60 vouchers at these CCs, with their consent.
This requires both the NRICs (National Registration Identity Cards, digital or physical) of the original beneficiary and the collector. You will also need a completed authorisation form, which can be found on the SG60 Voucher website. The form can also be found here.
Persons caring for the mentally incapacitated will also need to bring documents that show the beneficiaries’ medical condition, the Lasting Power of Attorney authorisation (with you as the appointed person), and the NRICs mentioned above.
Where can I use SG60 Vouchers? When do they expire?
SG60 Vouchers can be used wherever CDC vouchers are accepted.
The link below lets you search places where SG60 Vouchers can be used.
You can also do an online search to pinpoint the merchants and supermarkets of interest. The link to that database is the same as before (gowhere.gov.sg/cdcvouchers).
Similarly, you can also use Eye PowerTM and tell from the “CDC Vouchers Accepted Here!” decals at the venue. If all else fails, try asking the staff — they might know something you don’t.
SG60 vouchers are valid until 31 December 2026. Please note that half of the amount you receive is for participating merchants, hawkers, and shops. The other half is for supermarkets, as indicated here.
