Shoot tethered with the new FUJIFILM X Acquire software

Fujifilm has just released new software for Mac and PC that enables tethered shooting for the GFX 50S, X-T2, and X-T1.

Fujifilm has just announced the release of their new FUJIFILM X Acquire software, which basically enables tethered shooting support for both Mac or PC via USB cable. The software will support the GFX 50S, X-T2 and X-T1 cameras and you will get to choose which files you wish to transfer to computer (and which ones to save on card).

While there are already plugins available for tethered shooting with Fujifilm cameras through Adobe Lightroom, those cost between US$29 to US$79 for the regular and Pro versions respectively. The new FUJIFILM X Acquire software is being offered on Fujifilm’s website for free.
