Panasonic Announces Bridge Camera That's Capable of 4K Video Recording

Panasonic has just announced the DMCDMC-FZ1000, a bridge camera that has a 1-inch large High Sensitivity MOS Sensor and 4K video recording capability. The latest member of the Panasonic Lumix FZ series also has a newly developed 16x optical zoom LEICA DC VARIO-ELMARIT lens. The new Venus Engine image processor helps to enhance image quality and color. In terms of connectivity the DMC-FZ1000 is Wi-Fi and NFC-enabled. It has a 2359k-dot OLED electronic viewfinder and a 3-inch, 921k-dot articulating LCD. There are no details on price and availability yet.
