Canon releases new firmware for the EOS R and EOS RP

Here's another firmware update you won't want to miss out on. EOS R and EOS RP users can now pick up the latest firmware versions for their cameras for improved autofocus capabilities. 

1. Enhances eye detection Auto Focus (AF) for improved face and eye recognition at greater distances.
2. Improved Auto Focus (AF) performance when focusing on smaller subjects.
3. Reduced lag time between the actual Auto Focus (AF) and the AF frame display for images in the viewfinder or on the LCD.
