How to Play: #HuntTheMouse DBS SG60

From 14 August to 25 September 2025, the streets and heartlands of Singapore turn into one big game board, as Sqkii partners with DBS to celebrate Singapore’s 60 years of nation building and our unique heartlands.

This year, #HuntTheMouse DBS SG60 hides 200 silver DBS Heartland game coins, each worth S$600, across various neighbourhoods. That’s a S$120,000 prize pool, and anyone can join in for free.

Getting started

• When: 14 August 2025 (10:00AM) to 25 September 2025 (23:59PM)
• Where: Heartland locations all across Singapore
• What you need: A smartphone with GPS enabled, an internet connection, and access to the game website or app

The first person to physically find each hidden coin wins its cash value.

Finding Coins

• Real-Time Map: Check the in-game map for circles showing possible coin locations. These circles shrink every 30 minutes between 8:00 and midnight, helping you zero in on the exact spot.
• Check your Daily Hints: Follow Sqkii’s Instagram and Facebook for the 6:00 pm daily hint pointing to one specific DBS Heartland coin.

New SG60 features

• Places of Interest: When your GPS is on, you’ll see bite-sized historical, cultural, or future-facing facts about nearby spots — turning your hunt into a mini heritage tour.
• Hunting Stops: Special locations at selected bus stops and heartland zones:
• Perform simple in-game actions (e.g. tickle Sqkii & Friends) to earn Crystals and power-ups. 
• DBS Hunting Stops give enhanced rewards, even when you’re not actively chasing coins.

Power-ups

Use Crystals earned at Hunting Stops to activate power-ups:

• Circle Shrink – Reduce search circles for tighter location targeting.
• Coin Sonar – Scan for coins within 25m, 50m, or 100m; get instant feedback if a coin is in range.
• Metal Detector – When inside a search circle, scan for one minute with visual proximity feedback as you move.

Playing smart and safe

• Respect public and private property.
• Follow the rules and safety guidelines on the game website.
• Violations can mean disqualification or even being reported to authorities

• Use the daily 6:00PM hint to focus on one coin while checking the map for others.
