At the time of writing, the Prism+ Monsoon Wash and Dry 10.5kg has a sticker price of S$1,599, though SG60 sales and promo coupons slash it down to S$799, which is still S$200 more than what Xiaomi is asking for their 10.5kg washer/dryer combo.
This marks the continued expansion of the global versions of Xiaomi’s home appliance ecosystem. For those unfamiliar with the brand, Xiaomi’s range of products within China far exceeds what is available internationally. With global shipping these days, you can buy the Chinese versions of these products if you so wish, but you will have to connect to the Chinese app to use any advanced smart features. With the launch of international versions, you will be able to connect the device to the global English servers, plus benefit from Alexa and Google Assistant support.
Xiaomi is well known for “affordable quality”; even if their products don’t match specifications with competitors, the price point for what they do offer, is often hard to beat.

It features most of the advanced cleaning and drying technologies you’d expect from a modern washer/dryer such as AI detection for both washing and drying, hygiene steam clean, 32-wash programs, a 59-minute quick wash-and-dry cycle, and even an aromatherapy wash mode.

Xiaomi is offering 2-years of parts warranty and 12-years warranty for the direct drive inverter motor. This is pretty much par for the course for washing machines and dryers.
