For CES 2025, LG Electronics has unveiled its second-generation LG SIGNATURE lineup, delivering a connected experience that could leave users slightly concerned for their privacy. Dubbed "Live Beyond," the ultra-premium product range promises to turn your home into a sci-fi movie set, where your appliances are smart enough to make some decisions for you.

LG SIGNATURE French Door Refrigerator 2025

The LG SIGNATURE French Door Refrigerator 2025 model comes equipped with what LG calls “a transparent T-OLED display” that lets you peek inside without opening the door. The display also doubles as a screen that becomes a digital art gallery, showcasing holographic visuals. It also has access to a curated music playlist if the user is using an app that is operated by NHN Bugs, a South Korean music streaming service. It is currently unknown what fees (if any) will be charged or what songs are on the playlist.

Using its ThinQ Food management system and a built-in AI camera, this fridge doesn’t just chill; it knows what’s inside, tracks expiration dates, and suggests recipes. It can suggest recipes if you’re even at a loss as to what to cook for the family based on what you’ve got in the fridge.

LG SIGNATURE Smart InstaView Over-the-Range Microwave

Next up is the LG SIGNATURE Smart InstaView Over-the-Range Microwave with three built-in cameras, it can capture your dinner’s journey from oven to table and turn your casserole into a celebrity, creating time-lapse cooking videos.

But wait, there’s more. This 27-inch FHD touchscreen-equipped comes with InstaView, built-in speakers, and Wi-Fi connectivity so it can stream videos, displays recipes, and other forms of entertainment. Forget watching TV in the living room—now you can binge-watch “The Great British Bake Off” while nuking popcorn.

The screen also provides access to the LG ThinQ Smart Home Dashboard, allowing users to control all LG AI appliances and compatible Matter and Thread devices in the home. For example, when paired with the induction oven range, the microwave’s display conveniently shows the cooking progress of dishes in the range, so you don’t need to bend down and check the oven manually, saving you even that small bit of exercise!

Dishwashers and laundry duo

The new LG SIGNATURE Dishwasher is so sleek it belongs on a catwalk. With a handle that pops out when it senses your hand, it’s like the James Bond of cleaning appliances. Armed with QuadWash Pro and Dynamic Heat Dry technology, it cleans and delivers spotless dishes.

LG’s Washer & Dryer all-in-one and Washing Machine and Dryer pair takes fabric care to a new level with Artificial Intelligence Direct Drive (AI DD) 2.0. This allows the devices to recognise the fabrics being washed, automatically adjust the wash settings for optimal cleanliness, and set the right inverter heat pump technology for effective, low temperature drying.
