Samsung introduces extended warranty programme and care plan for home appliances
Samsung Care+ Premium is available in three, four, and five-year package options for select home appliances.

Samsung Singapore has announced Samsung Care+ Premium, an extended warranty and care plan for home appliances, TVs, and audio devices.
It is available in two tiers – Smart Care and Expert Care – both offering up to five years of extended warranty, along with remote troubleshooting, monthly home care reports, and scheduled maintenance visits. The Expert Care tier offers more maintenance visits per year compared to Smart Care.
Consumers who purchase Samsung Care+ Premium for TVs will also enjoy additional benefits, including a one-time 15% discount on panel replacement for accidental damage. The plan also covers the replacement of a faulty remote control.
Pricing
It’s important to note that prices will vary depending on appliance and coverage.
But to give you an idea, here’s what you can expect to pay for the BMF Refrigerator All-Around Cooling 427L bottom mount freezer fridge:
Samsung Care+ Premium (Smart) is priced at:
- S$247 for three-year coverage
- S$289 for four-year coverage
- S$439 for five-year coverage
Samsung Care+ Premium (Expert) will be more expensive:
- S$621 for three-year coverage
- S$855 for four-year coverage
- S$1,090 for five-year coverage
And as for a washing machine like the Front-load Washer Hygiene Steam (8kg), only Samsung Care+ Premium (Smart) is offered at:
- S$161 for three-year coverage
- S$179 for four-year coverage
- S$289 for five-year coverage
Samsung Care+ Premium Zone
Consumers who are interested to learn more about Samsung Care+ Premium can visit the Samsung Care+ Premium Zone at the Samsung Experience Store in Vivocity. As part of the launch weekend, Samsung is offering a 10% discount on Samsung Care+ Premium with the purchase of an eligible product at the Vivocity Store.
