Sony has just released a firmware update for their WF-1000XM3 headphones that you might want to get now if you’re using a lot of Amazon products. Firmware 2.02 adds support for Amazon Alexa, while giving you the ability to adjust volume using the touch sensor on the earbuds. You will also be able to check the battery level of the charging case via the Headphones Connect app, and the firmware update is supposed to bring better connectivity with iOS and Windows 10, while improving stability and performance in general.
