Fiio has just released its new entry-level in-ear headphone and it's called the FH1s.

The new FH1s is based on the immensely popular FH1 and features a similar dual-driver configuration.

Like the FH1, the new FH1s also features a Knowles 33518 balanced armature but it's positioned closer to the tip so it sits closer to the listener's ear. According to Fiio, this minimises high-frequency sound loss and improves treble extension.

The dynamic driver is larger too. The older FH1 has a 10mm titanium dynamic driver while the new FH1s uses a larger 13.6mm bio-polymer dynamic driver. Again, Fiio says this improves bass response.

To improve wearing comfort, the FH1s has a patented balanced pressure relief system that equalises air pressure inside and outside the ears, reducing that "stuck" feeling that can sometimes come with wearing in-ear headphones.

The FH1s come with a custom-made cable made out of high purity mono-crystalline litz cable.

And as for accessories, it comes with 3 pairs of bass ear tips, 3 pairs of balanced ear tips, and an additional pair of foam ear tips, and a carry case.

The Fiio FH1s is available now and is priced at S$109. You can find it on Lazada from the Fiio Flagship Store.
