ASUS has announced the launch of its ZenBeam L2 smart portable LED projector.

A short-throw projector, the ZenBeam L2 can project a 40-inch image from a distance of just one meter and go all the way up to a 120-inch diagonal from longer distances.

It can auto-correct itself as necessary when positioned off-centre, applying geometric and four-corner keystone corrections with horizontal and vertical adjustments. Its built-in focus sensor measures the distance between the projector and the screen, and then it adjusts the focus automatically in just three seconds.

The ZenBeam L2 has an FHD 1080p resolution with 4K HDR compatibility, has 960 lumens of brightness, a 10W Harman Kardon speaker with Smart Amp technology, and a built-in battery for up to 3.5 hours of video projection.

It also features support as a Google-certified Android 12 TV box with fast access to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, and more.

The ZenBeam L2 also comes integrated with ASUS’s Light Wall feature to spruce up the look of any room. With Light Wall, you get up to 26 different built-in content options that let you turn any wall into a virtual window with colourful effects. This allows you to make any room feel cosier with natural-looking light and fun designs.

It features Google Assistant on the remote control, so it can be controlled via simple voice commands. It also has built-in support for Chromecast so you can use the projector to cast content from any modern smartphone or tablet.
