Singapore, these are your top ten most downloaded iOS apps and games this year

Apple Singapore has released its list of the top ten most downloaded free and paid apps and games for 2018. 

The free app list shouldn't surprise you too much, with most of the list consisting of free messaging, transportation and social media apps.

3. Grab App 
4. Facebook
5. ofo — Get there on two wheels
6. Instagram
7. Messenger
8. Google Maps - Transit & Food
9. Gmail - Email by Google
10. GrabFood - Food Delivery App

The paid list is dominated by photography apps, with kirakira+ (the app that adds sparkles to your instagram shots) coming in at number one. Surprisingly, Forest, an app that helps you stay off your smartphone is at number two. The only other non-photography app on the list is The Wonder Weeks, which is an app that helps you track your baby's development, so apparently there were a lot of new parents in 2018.
