If you are a fan of Angry Birds, get your mobile devices ready at the end of the month as version 2.0 is coming!
Rovio announced on its website that Angry Birds 2 will be landing in app stores worldwide on 30th July. While there is little information on what to expect, Rovio brands Angry Birds as "the mother of all sequels".
Since its launch in December 2009, Angry Birds has been downloaded over 3 billion times. We've seen how Angry Birds took the world by storm with a cute board game for kids aged 5+, a version of the game on Facebook, and letting players play as the pigs in Bad Piggies. It even has a web-based animated series, Angry Birds Toons and a movie is scheduled to be released next year!
