As of today, Microsoft has officially ceased support and technical service assistance for both Windows XP OS and Office 2003. If you haven't already switched to a newer OS, Microsoft is offering a free tool to help you transfer your files and settings.

As of today, Microsoft has officially ceased support and technical service assistance for both Windows XP OS and Office 2003.

If you haven't already migrated to a newer OS, now would be the time to do so. Microsoft has partnered with Laplink to provide a free Windows XP migration tool which will help copy a user's files and settings from a Windows XP PC to a new device running Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 8.1. You can download it here.
