PlayMemories Online Now Available in Singapore

Sony's cloud-based photo and video service, PlayMemories Online, is now available in Singapore.

Unlike existing photo sharing services or storage services emphasizing on storage size, PlayMemories Online brings all your photos to one single place and organizes them by date, and highlights your better shots. The service that was previously available in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, via Android and iOS platforms, will cover Singapore from today onwards. The app is also available in the UK, France, Germany, Europe, US, Canada, and Mexico.

Its 'All Sync' feature automatically gathers all the photos stored on your smartphone, tablet, or PC, uploading them seamlessly to your PlayMemories Online account. They’re stored in the PlayMemories cloud in HD resolution – and there’s no limit to the number of photos you can upload*. Additionally, you can store your favourite movies and original-sized photos individually in the personal space provided^. Then view your picture library any time, anywhere on your smartphone, tablet, PC, or compatible Bravia TV.

Simply create a photo book, by selecting a group of photos from your PlayMemories Online account, choose one out of eight available themes, and see how the final result looks like. After the photo book has been completed, you can share it via email or your Facebook account. You can also create and send a postcard with a picture of your choice to your friends.

* Photos automatically uploaded by ‘All Sync’ feature will be resized to 1920-pixel length and stored unlimitedly.
