Microsoft releases new Windows 10 PC and Mobile test builds

Build 10576 for PC and Build 10581 for mobile are now available to Windows Insiders on the Fast ring.

It’s a busy day for Windows Insiders as Microsoft has today released Windows 10 Build 10576 for PC and Windows 10 Mobile Build 10581 to the Fast ring.

Beyond the usual bug fixes, Build 10576 for PC comes with a few new features for testers to play with, such as media casting in the Microsoft Edge browser to any Miracast and DLNA-enabled devices on the network, having Cortana find more information on text you’ve highlighted in a PDF in Edge, as well as an updated Xbox beta app.

For Windows 10 Mobile Build 10581, it’s mostly about bug fixes and performance improvements. The bug that has prevented upgrades from earlier builds is now fixed, so there’s no need to go back to Windows Phone 8.1 if you want to try this build.

As always, further details, including fixes and outstanding issues, can be found in Microsoft’s blog posts.
