Here's a quick summary:

Office Online

Skype voice and video integration - Skype voice and video integration will be available for Office Online (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote Online) and in Outlook.com, which means you can now see and speak to your Skype contacts. Skype integration with Office Online will be available to customers worldwide with a Microsoft account in November.

New Chrome extension - There’s a new Chrome extension that lets you create and open Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Sway documents using Office Online. You can also use the extension to open and view existing Office documents stored on OneDrive, on OneDrive for Business and on your computer.

Other Office Online enhancements include an enhanced Navigation pane, formatting improvements for Excel Online, and performance improvements in PowerPoint Online.

Office on Android

The latest Office for Android apps are smaller in size, sport improved sign up/sign in experience, and are now enterprise-ready with Android M support for Enterprise and compliant with Android for Work. A new Outlook email client is also coming in early November.

Office 2016 for Mac

Office 2016 for Mac gets several Visual Basic Editor features, such as the ability to add modules from within the Project Viewer, add library references using a Dialog, and use shortcut keys for debugging. Details and more VBE improvements can be found here.
