Every year at WWDC, Apple gives out its Apple Design Awards. These are awards given to what Apple thinks are the best apps and games for its various platforms.
Here are the nine winners of 2019:

- Butterfly IQ - a mobile whole-body ultrasound app
- ELOH - a musical puzzle game
- Flow by Moleskin - a note-taking app that promotes creativity
- Thumper: Pocket Edition - a game that blends music and classic arcade action
- Pixelmater Photo - a powerful photo editor that uses CoreML
- The Gardens Between - a single-player adventure puzzle game
- HomeCourt - a basketball training and analytics app
- Asphalt 9: Legends - a racing game with high-quality graphics
