DBS is launching the DBS Home Connect app, to help home buyers make more informed decisions in their new home purchase and even before they approach an agent.

The free app lets you calculate payments for your home purchases, and check information on past transactions for similar properties. You can also consult the Home Advice Specialist if you require further assistance or information on home loan packages. It also brings you on a virtual street tour of a selected location. Simply hold up your phone to scan the surroundings, then view the past transacted prices in the area and use them as a guide.
